FF&P confirms family member has left the business

Fleming Family & Partners, the UK-based multi family office of the Fleming family, confirmed today that fifth-generation Sandy Loder has left the company to start his own business.

The new firm, to be called AH Loder Advisers, will offer wealth management services including family governance, succession planning, next generation training, mentoring and investment management selection.

Loder began working at the family business, initially Robert Fleming & Co, in 1992 and helped establish Fleming Family & Partners in 2000 after the sale of Robert Fleming & Co to Chase Manhattan. Before leaving the business, Loder ran internal financial awareness courses, as well as overseeing next generation wealth education initiatives.

He will continue to serve as a director of the family's trust company, RF Trustees Co Ltd.

The Fleming family has been involved in investment since 1873 and established the original Fleming trust company in 1923. Fifth-generation cousins Matthew Fleming, Richard Schuster and Adam Fleming still work at FF&P, which provides services in four key areas: asset management, private office and trust, private equity and corporate advisory.
