Holdun Real Estate presents its Holdun Medical Detox Fund, comprised of commercial real estate specifically zoned, built out and leased to the medical drug and alcohol detox industry.

Despite the severity of the opioid epidemic in the US, many counties and municipalities have been resistant to granting zoning variances for new detox facilities. This has resulted in considerable pent-up demand for existing commercial real estate zoned for detox. This supply pressure ensures that the fund is perfectly positioned to mitigate any occupancy risk, presenting a unique opportunity for those looking to invest within a rapidly growing industry.

Holdun’s investment highlights include double-digit anticipated five-year annualised return, all properties triple-net 10-year leases and all properties currently leased to creditworthy Medical Detox Operators. The fund expects strong demand mitigating occupancy risk, increasing demand through periods of economic uncertainty and ESG benefits—through the fund, thousands of people every month are offered a solution to a detrimental social problem.
