Shortlist for CampdenFB European Families in Business Awards 2015 announced

CampdenFB, in association with Societe Generale Private Banking, has announced the shortlist for the European Families in Business Awards 2015.

A judging panel composed of family business leaders and business school experts decided the shortlist, whittled down from more than 250 nominations.

The winners will be announced during a gala dinner on 23 June 2015 at the St Regis Hotel in Rome, Italy.

Patrick Folléa, Deputy Head of Societe Generale Private Banking said: “We are very proud to be associated with these Awards celebrating European family businesses. Indeed, all these family businesses play a vital role in the European economy by creating employment of course, but also by embodying values - fighting spirit, risk-taking, long-term vision, sense of responsibility, that are essential in our society.”

Editor Nicholas Moody said CampdenFB had received a record number of entries this year and the calibre of entries had made the judging process a very difficult one.

"All the shortlisted finalists are first-class examples of Europe's family businesses and their leaders,” he said. “It's also exciting to see such strong competition for our new award - the Top Next-Generation Entrepreneur."
